For the fourth time, the international wine competition has been taken place under the guidance of sensory experts and PAR system developer Martin Darting.
The transparent and easily comprehensible wine evaluation method according to the PAR-system takes the overall sensorial effect in consideration and therewith distinguishes the organic wines and wines of fungal disease resistant grape variety (PIWI).
The experts generally agree that the international organic wine award is the most significant award of the industry.
A highly professional taster jury and the incorruptible PAR-system enable an objective and therefore generally accepted and recognized evaluation procedure. The results serve the wine makers as well as the consumers as an orientation basis.
